Before you book a safari, make sure your interests are well protected and read through the terms and conditions of any operator carefully. Please see our terms and conditions below:

To confrim your trip with our company requires you to pay a depoit of at least 30% of the total cost for the holiday so that we can begin early preparartions for your trip e.g. booking park entry permits, gorilla permits, accomodation among other items that may need early booking.

Beacuse there are so many visitors between July - October, we may ask you to make at least 45% initial deposit depending on availability of facilities and park entry permits. The rest of the payment should be paid not later than two weeks to begin your trip. If you choose to pay the balance when you are here, it should be in cash to allow smooth operation of your trip as there may be no more time to wait.

If you plan to make payment one month to the trip time; we shall need you to make 100% payment because that will be late to begin preparations for the trip and most bookings shall need to be done in the shortest time possible

We accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer only to ensure saftey of your money, Contact James » for the necessary Banking details to make payment.

TRIP CANCELLATION CHARGES:

To cancel your booking with us is acceptable but it may require you to surrender part of your prior payments depending on the time left to commence the trip, see details below:

• Before 75 days (2 months and half): You won't lose anything - Full refund
• Between 75 days and 45 days: Refund of 70% of the deposit
• Between 44 days and 30 days: Refund of 30% of the deposit
• Between 29 days and 15 days: Refund of 25% of the deposit
• Less than 15 days: No refund

Please Note: You will not be refunded for activities you choose to leave out on your safari once the trip begins and gorilla permit fees are not refundable in Rwanda or Uganda as these are in direct control of Government authorities without a refund plan.

General Notes:

• The rates are based on costs and exchange rates at the time you transfer payment, but any significant changes beyond our control that affect your trip shall be communicated early enough to all visitors traveling with us.
• W e can make changes to the trip in case conditions dictate to make a change on the ground for the trip to continue.
