This safari package is made to be a short gorilla trek in Rwanda. Though the holiday is so short, there are other tour attractions you will meet along, Rwanda's scenic country side, visit 1994 genocide museums, tradional dancers among others.

Day 1: Arrival at Kigali Airport and Transfer to Ruhengeri Town

Upon arrival at Kigali airport, our driver/guide shall meet receive you and then transfer to Ruhengeri town. You may opt to have a short tour of Kigali city before transfering to Ruhengeri i.e visit the local market, 1994 rwanda genocide museums among other attractions to learn about the culture, people and history of Rwanda.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

You shall wake up early for breakfast, prepare your gorilla trekking gear, take a packed lunch, enough bottled drinking water and head to the park headquarters for briefing at 8am and begin the gorilla trek thereafter.
When you see the gorillas, a maximum of one hour is allowed to stay with them before you get back to the lodge and depart.
